REFUND POLICY Your payment/deposit is considered a purchase of the appointment of the day and time for the polygraph examiner’s time. If you change your mind about the exam, postpone or cancel the exam for any reason, or the person who was supposed to take the test declines to take the test or fails to show up, your payment/deposit will be forfeited. NOTE: Your payment/deposit is reserving the appointment day and time. If you or the person who supposed to take test wants to reschedule the test you have 30 days of the original appointment date. We recommend that you do not submit your payment/deposit until you are reasonably certain that you intend to follow through with the testing process.
